Warranty/ Follow-Up Repairs

-Every COA and Overhaul is entitled to one free follow-up appointment for 30 days since the pick up of the instrument.

*Especially when rushed, repairs could sometimes need a second adjustment. Please contact Park Woodwind Services if you are not completely happy with a repair done by Tony, we will do our best to correct the issue for you.

Payment

Payments must be made when the repair is complete or when the invoice is billed to the client. School instrument repairs also must be paid for before the instruments leave the shop.

Trials

In-person mouthpiece/ barrel/ ligature trials are 30 minutes-long and free of charge. All mail orders are final. All sales are final.

Cancellations/ No-Shows/ Late-Shows/ Ghosting

-In the event that a client cancels their appointment in less than 24 hours, there will be a $20 fee.

-The same fee is billed to a client that shows up more than 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment.

-If in the midst of communication the client abruptly disappears for over 48 hours, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be put in the back of the line.
